Popeyes has actually launched a whole new pickle infused menu. The new Popeyes’ pickle menu is a part of whole patch from the fast-food chain and the limited edition shall be available now.
Who does not love pickles and the news that Popeyes is coming up with new food items, including lemonades, has got consumers excited. In a news release, Bart LaCount, chief marketing officer of Popeyes US and Canada said, “What started as a playful social tease has now become a full-fledged culinary reality—a Pickled Popeyes.” He added, “From pickling our flagship restaurant, social channels, to our menu, it’s true that nobody pickles like Popeyes.”
Popeyes’ new pickle-infused menu
Popeyes announced introduction of an all-new Pickle Menu on Tuesday, April 1. Interestingly, its not just food items that shall be pickled. Popeyes said, “It’s a whole pickle takeover.”
As per chef Amy Alarcon, the vice president of culinary at Popeyes, “We’re pickle people, so we understand that there truly can never be enough pickles,” She added, “This pickle-packed lineup was created to ensure the perfect balance of crisp texture, vibrant acidity, and our world-famous Louisiana flavors with every bite. If you love that chicken, you’re going to love that pickle.”
Popeyes fried-chicken chain
Founded by Al Copeland, Sr. in Arabi, in 1972. Popular for its unique menu inspired by New Orleans, offering regional dishes has become one of the largest fried chicken brands in the country.
Popeyes pickle food for limited time
Popeyes’ new pickle menu will include fried pickles. The pickle-centric menu will also consist of Pickle Glaze Sandwich that as per Popeyes is “a briny twist on the iconic Popeyes Chicken Sandwich,” featuring battered chicken coated in a “zesty pickle-flavored glaze,” topped with thick-cut pickles and served on a toasted brioche bun. The pickle glaze will also cover Popeyes bone-in and boneless wings.
Of course, pickled lemonade, arguably, the most talked about item on Popeyes menu. As per the fast-food chain it is a sweet and savory drink infused with real pickle juice.
Naturally, this will all only be available for a limited time.
